3.Deposits & Production
To initiate production, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total order value is required. Production will not begin until this deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full before dispatch of any items.
4.Processing Fees
All processing fees charged by banks, including but not limited to fees on payment links or credit/debit card transactions, are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy remains in effect even in cases of returned items or goods received in damaged condition.
